Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, our fulfillment team begins preparing your package. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This includes quality inspection, packaging, and coordination with our logistics partners. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always strive to minimize delays.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Destinations

Cuxipet ships to most regions worldwide. We partner with reliable international couriers to ensure secure and traceable delivery. Please note that delivery availability may vary depending on your country or local postal regulations. If your address falls outside of our normal coverage, our customer service team will contact you for alternative arrangements.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options depending on your destination and the weight or size of the product. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (available for most countries)
  • Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days (selected regions only)

These estimates do not include customs clearance time or unexpected logistics delays due to weather, public events, or other external factors.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected items or for orders above a certain amount. Please refer to the promotional banners or checkout summary for current offers.

For remote areas or heavy items (such as large pet furniture), additional handling fees may apply. Any additional charges will be displayed clearly before you confirm your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. You can also log into your account on our website at /my-account/orders/ to view real-time updates.

Helpful Tip: Tracking updates might occasionally be delayed by carriers. If your tracking number shows no movement for several days, it usually means the parcel is in transit between facilities and will update soon.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, or fees may be imposed by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Cuxipet is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or additional documentation requirements.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal to pay customs duties, or absence at delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. We recommend double-checking your address information before placing an order.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Although rare, shipping delays or lost parcels may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and ensure a satisfactory resolution. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.

9. Package Condition Upon Arrival

We take every measure to pack your items securely. However, if you receive a damaged or incomplete package, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. This helps us coordinate with the courier and expedite replacements or refunds according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

10. Partial Shipments

In some cases, items within one order may ship separately due to stock availability or warehouse locations. You will receive tracking information for each parcel if your order is divided. Partial shipments do not affect the total shipping cost charged at checkout.
